The
molten steel flow in Flow Control mold at No. 3 continuous caster at Chiba Works,
Kawasaki Steel Corporation was studied numerically using the package Fluent.
· The influences on the flow pattern of the imposed static magnetic fields and of the injection of Argon bubbles were considered.
